I know that you don’t have a schedule up yet, but I’m very interested in attending. Do you have a general idea of what’s going to be available? I assume you’ll have some speakers, but will there also be workshops?

    Thanks!

  • Anthony Montalbano (author) said:

The conference will be a series of speakers each day with breaks in between to network with other WordPress users. There are no additional fees for the material presented. We will be adding to the daily schedule as we confirm the speakers and their topics. Hope to see you there!

Will there be vendors featuring WordPress books, t-shirts, coupons for WordPress items? What type of material will be presented? Is it only going to be speaking or will there be user interaction like workshops? Are you going to have any of the top Theme Developers there?

  • Anthony Montalbano (author) said:

We’re working with potential vendors to offer WordPress related items. The format of our event will include a series of speakers sharing their knowledge on different topics of WordPress. We are also scheduling networking sessions and an after party for continued networking with the WordPress community. There will be a lot of amazing developer and user talent at the event and it could be very possible that top theme and plugin developers will be in attendance.

I’m not a techy at all but am interested in becoming a more savvy WP user from a blogger’s point of view. Will you have speakers/topics that are geared toward those of us in that category? I’d like to learn how to use WP better. I’m sure I’m only using a very small percentage of its capacity.

  • Anthony Montalbano (author) said:

    Hi Winnie,
There will be speakers/topics for both the users and the developers. On the second day we have 2 separate tracks, one just for users and one for developers. The first day will cover a lot of topics that are very beneficial to both users and developers. We plan on announcing more speakers/topics soon I think you’ll really like!
